![]() I hope this is not a fluke and it works for whoever else tries - so bloody frustrating, my sympathies. So I removed those two things, restarted with the tablet attached, and voila!! it worked ![]() But I noticed if I tried to toggle them Off, they just bounced back to On. What finally clued me in was the mention that if I could not toggle those settings on, remove them from the list (in Privacy & Security/Accessibilty and Input Monitoring) and restart again. I did several variations of this, still with no luck - the tablet settings showed up in in system settings, but a touch with the pen triggered the blocked permission message, telling me to make sure the Accessiblity and Input Monitoring have Wacom enabled.
